How do you use the Love2Laundry app?
At Love2Laundry, we offer a free mobile app, which is available for iOS and Android.
To place a laundry or dry cleaning order through our mobile app, follow the instructions below:
- Order through our Love2Laundry App. Describe your requirements and schedule your Laundry or Dry Clean pickup.
- We will collect your Laundry/Dry Clean load from your home, concierge or from a Love2Laundry Locker location.
- Then we work our magic and return your Laundry/Dry Clean load, sparking clean, dried, folded and well-ironed, all within 48 hours, at a time of your choosing!
You can track your order online or via our mobile app (which is available on the Apple App Store or Google Play.)
You will receive a text message one hour before your driver arrives at your door with your clean clothes.
How much does the Love2Laundry service cost?
Our prices are affordable- for example, our ‘wash, dry, and fold’ package starts from £2.80 per kg.
To get a load of laundry washed, choose our ‘6kg Wash Dry & Fold’ package, which is only £16.85. For context, a 6kg wash is enough to wash around 30 shirts or a dozen bath towels.
If you would prefer to separate your laundry into individual items, then we can also accommodate this. For instance, it costs £2.75 to wash, iron and hang a shirt.

For dry cleaning, we have different costs per item- e.g. the price is just £25.50 to dry clean a two-piece suit and five shirts.

To place a collection with Love2Laundry, you have to meet the minimum order value of £10, £15, £20 or £25, depending on your postcode area. If your order doesn’t meet the minimum order value, we can still accept it but you will be charged the same price.

How can I get stains out of ‘dry clean only’ items?
We all have those garments in our wardrobe (or household furnishings) where the care label says, ‘dry clean only’.
But what should you do if you don’t have the time to get this item professionally dry-cleaned?
Well, here are our handy tips to remove stains from your ‘dry clean only’ items, without actually getting them dry cleaned:
- Scrape off any excess blobs from the stain, using a butter knife.
- Grab a clean cloth and dip it in cold water. Blot the stain gently.
- If water is not enough to lift the stain, then squeeze a few drops of lemon juice directly onto the stain. Pour salt over the lemon juice and rub the fabric together, so that the salt helps work the lemon juice into the stain. Then, rinse with water.
- If the stain on your garment is greasy or oily, then sprinkle a small amount of bicarbonate of soda or cornstarch on the stain. Use a clean cloth or clean toothbrush to work the powder into the stain. Wait a few minutes- this should hopefully absorb the stain.
